Booking Priority is given to Non-Profit Arts Council of the Conejo Valley Member Organization Activities. Please review the categories below to determine which rates apply to your group.

For Non-Profit Arts and Cultural Organizations that are members of the Arts Council of the Conejo Valley ($50.00 Annual Membership  Fee for Fiscal Year 06-07 it is valid until 6/30/07):
     Small Rehearsal Room* $16.80*
     Large Rehearsal Room/Full Board Room $21.80 per hour* $22.80*
     Theatre on the Hill (Hourly Use) $25.80 per hour*  $28.80*   

* All hourly rates include a mandatory $4.80 per hour Insurance Fee Subsidy.

For In District, Non-ACCV Member Organization (YMCA Etc) Fund Raising Activities and Closed Membership Meetings.  MUST PROVIDE INSURANCE:
     Small Rehearsal the rate is $15.75 per hour $18.00
     Large Rehearsal Room the rate is $24.00 per hour $27.00
     Theatre on the Hill (Hourly Use) the rate is $31.50 per hour  $36.00

For In District, Private Individual Use for Parties Weddings Etc..  MUST PROVIDE INSURANCE:
     Small Rehearsal the rate is $23.00 per hour $24.00
     Large Rehearsal Room the rate is $34.00 per hour $36.00
     Theatre on the Hill (Hourly Use) the rate is $45.00 per hour $48.00

For In-District Commercial Use the Fees are MUST PROVIDE INSURANCE:
     Small Rehearsal the rate is $23.00 per hour plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts $24.00
     Large Rehearsal Room the rate is $34.00 per hour plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts $36.00
     Theatre on the Hill (Hourly Use) the rate is $45.00 per hour plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts $48.00

For Out-of-District Commercial Use & Private Parties the Fees are MUST PROVIDE INSURANCE:
     Small Rehearsal the rate is $34.50 per hour plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts $36.00
     Large Rehearsal Room the rate is $51.00 per hour plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts $54.00
     Theatre on the Hill (Non-Performance) the rate is $67.50 per hour plus up to 25% of Gross Receipts $72.00

Other Fees:
     Application Fee: $10.00 per application.
     Change Fee: $5.00 per change
     Refundable Security and Cleaning Deposit: $100.00
     Late Exit Fee: In addition to the hourly rental rate $25.00 per each quarter hour late in exiting the facility.
     Custodian: $15.00 per hour
     Stage Worker I: $15.00 per hour
     Stage Worker II: $17.00 per hour
     Ushers: $15.00 per hour
