Yoga improves flexibility, burns calories, and helps build strong muscles. It is also an outstanding practice for the mind and can even improve creativity. In this 2-hour workshop, a certified yoga instructor and 15-year publishing professional takes attendees through a yoga flow designed to stimulate creativity, followed by journaling exercises to unleash the story within. Class offered indoors at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts with adherence to all current state and county distancing guidelines. Also available as a Zoom class.
