Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga helping improve flexibility, mobility, strength, reduce joint strain, and decrease stress. No yoga experience necessary. All are welcome. Please join certified yoga instructor Anyez Klevecz to practice seated yoga poses, breath work, and some standing postures and movements using the chairs for support. Anyez has been teaching yoga for over 15 years.
