One day workshop

Study human movement, both functionally and expressively. Gain an introduction to a detailed vocabulary for movement & tools for clear choice making for your character & performance. Clear & concise feedback and on the spot coaching from the instructor who is passionate about creating space for actors to progress through the creative process, allowing them to experience the joy of exploration, and the reward of pinning down their choices. All ages and experience levels are encouraged to participate as the instructor values multigenerational learning and community.
