Do you want to build stronger muscles and reduce body fat while having fun? Then Silver and Fit is for you! This class is designed to increase metabolism and to teach balancing techniques by devoting half the class to building strength using your exercise band and light weights, while the other half is focused on dancing to a variety of music. Let’s get fit together and have fun. Focused on Seniors, but all ages welcome!
