Duration: 8 weeks
Pilates helps to improve core strength, flexibility, posture, healthy joint articulation, and breath awareness. It also helps to alleviate back and hip problems and is a great compliment to many forms of exercise. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities as modifications will be shown. You’ll need a mat, magic circle, resistance band, a small inflated ball or a yoga block.
