Duration: 8 weeks
This class will help you develop a strong and flexible spine, feel ease in your joints, and be steady in your balance. It features breath-centered movements adapted for all levels. Each class includes movements/postures, breathing exercises, and meditation woven together for an integrated experience. We will move at a slow pace allowing for modifications and adjustments. You will need a yoga mat, Mexican blanket or a thick towel, yoga blocks, and a strap.
