Outdoors at Conejo Community Park
For first time Tai Chi students. Learn the basic elements: the tai chi walk and shifting of weight while improving balance, strength, and grace. Gradually learn the 24 patterns of Yang Style. Begins with Qigong exercises for breathing and good health. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Class held in the picnic area at Conejo Community Park with adherence to all current state and county distancing guidelines. Best parking is at the Botanic Garden on Jeaunine Dr. off of W. Gainsborough Ave.
