CONTINUING BEGINNING TAI CHI
Class held outside at Conejo Community Park
Continue to learn the basic elements: the tai chi walk and shifting of weight while improving balance, strength, and grace. Gradually learn the 24 patterns of Yang Style. Begins with Qigong exercises for breathing and good health. For students who have taken at least one semester with Stella prior. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Class held in the picnic area at Conejo Community Park with adherence to all current state and county distancing guidelines. Best parking is at the Botanic Garden on Jeaunine Dr. off of W. Gainsborough Ave.
