SERVICE FEES
The Hillcrest Center for the Arts does not charge service fees.

TICKET PURCHASE
We accept Cash, Checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Checks should be made out to the Arts Council of the Conejo Valley or ACCV*.

*HCFA does not hold unpaid tickets in Will Call or accept unpaid reservations.

TICKET EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Tickets can be exchanged at no charge subject to availability. We must receive the original tickets in our office at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts at least one business day prior to the performance. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

  - Refunds for returned tickets are available if we receive the original tickets in our office at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts at least one full business day prior to the performance.
  - For tickets turned in at the box office on the day of the event, you may receive a donation credit.
  - Ticket returns and exchanges cannot be conducted beginning 1 hour prior to any performance until after the performance has concluded.
  - The Box Office is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday, and evenings and weekends when HCFA is open for activities.

The Hillcrest Center for the Arts offers a group discount of 10% on orders of 10 or more tickets placed in a single transaction. Tickets purchased with a group rate are not refundable or exchangeable.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available for Hillcrest Center for the Arts productions, including community theatre, concerts, and more, and also for the Young Artists Ensemble. Click here to purchase. Gift cards do not expire.
