Duration: 7 weeks
For those who have learned the basics of 24 Yang Style but wish to continue to perfect their form. Begins with Qigong exercises for breathing and good health. Intermediate and Tai Chi II classes practice together 9:45-10am, (students may sign up for both classes). Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
