Duration: 7 weeks
Intermediate and Tai Chi II classes practice together 9:45-10am, (students may sign up for both classes) then Intermediate students remain through 11:00am to practice Long Form. Begins with Qigong exercises for breathing and good health. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
