Intermediate and Tai Chi II classes practice together 9-10am, (students do not sign up for both) then Intermediate students remain through 10:30 to practice Long Form. Begins with Qigong exercises for breathing and good health. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. ***Class offered indoors at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts with adherence to all current state and county distancing guidelines.***
